Jess wasn't sure about that. His body trembled and his cock pulsed. He was seconds away from losing his load. He slowed the movement of his hand, hoping to delay things, but Al saw what he was doing.

"No, you keep stroking that fat cock. Don't slow. You can hold on until I tell you." It came out as an order.

"Fuck!" Jess tried not to move the vibrator to his most sensitive areas, but everything was sensitive at the moment. He vowed when he started doing video, he would do everything the client asked for and he trained hard to keep from coming too soon, but tonight, he just wasn't sure he had it in him to hold back. He needed to come. Needed the release that would bring pleasure to a day he'd otherwise forget. But this was Al, and he never let Al down. He was his favorite client, the man he felt the most connection with. Al was the only one he let into his personal life. He could do this for Al.

He tried not to focus on the pleasure, but it was impossible, and the thought of being watched always turned him on. He loved knowing someone was watching his pleasure. Even though he couldn't see Al, he imagined him, lying in his own bed, cock hard, just as aroused as he was. He longed to see him, know what he looked like, but that might ruin the fantasy. It was probably better that he not know. The other clients he had who did show themselves on screen weren't always the most attractive. It was then he had to remind himself that this was a job. It didn't matter what the guy looked like. He was here to make money. Hell, he made more money performing on video than he did working as a waiter. At one hundred dollars an hour for video chat, he could make good money. The problem was, he had to time them far enough apart that he had some recovery time in-between. His limit was two clients a day, otherwise, he found himself spent and unable to get aroused the way the customer deserved him to be.

"That's it. There's that control I knew you had." Al's voice pulled him back to reality. "I can't wait until next week when I can see you fuck yourself."

Jess groaned at the thought. "I love that as much as you do."

"I know you do. It's what makes it so enjoyable to watch. Still, I like this too. Your body is so responsive. You were made for sex, Jess. Just look at that cock. Look at how hard you are. It's perfect. And in a second, when I tell you to come, watching your body is like watching an artist. Your muscles tense, your head falls back, and you make a sound that is so arousing that it nearly takes me over the edge right along with you."

"Nearly?" Jess grunted the words as fire built in his balls. The vibrator was almost too much to handle now and he prayed he could keep hold of it until he was given permission to come.

"My pleasure comes after. I think about our sessions all week, reliving them over and over in my mind. What we do here tonight stays with me, filling those cold, lonely nights." Al cleared his throat. "But enough about me. This is about you. How close are you?"

"Close. Too close." Jess's fist worked his cock, twisting around the head the way he loved, bringing himself so close that he wasn't honestly sure he could stop himself from coming if he had to at this point.

"Then come for me, Jess. Let me see you find that pleasure we both love so much. Come for me." Al's voice was hard and demanding.

Jess let go, allowing the fire to expand inside him, the sparks to shoot from his balls, up his shaft, and out of his body as his orgasm rushed through him. Hot streams of cum shot from him, coating his hand, landing over his stomach. His body arched off the bed as his head fell back even more, his mouth open, with a loud groan of pleasure escaping from him.

He collapsed on the bed, his fist still around the base of his cock as he tried to catch his breath. This was the hardest part for him. He wanted to lay there and enjoy the post-orgasmic bliss, but he couldn't while someone was still watching him. He needed to pay attention to the customer and not his own need to relish the pleasure he'd just experienced.

"So fucking hot." Al's voice was almost a whisper.

"You have no idea." Jess tried to focus on the camera, but he could hardly open his eyes.

"Give yourself a minute, then let me see you clean up," Al told him. "If I was there, I'd lick every drop of cum off that sexy body of yours."

Jess smiled. "I'd like tasting myself on your tongue."

"You always know what to say. Now let me watch you taste yourself."

Forcing himself to pull from the haze that still held him, Jess released his cock. He brought his cum covered fingers to his mouth, sucking each one, licking them as if each were a small cock as he tasted and cleaned the cum from his hand. Once that was done, he reached down and ran his finger over his stomach, drawing the pooled release from his skin and lifting it to his mouth. He actually enjoyed this part. He liked how he tasted, and knowing that Al enjoyed watching it made it even better. When he'd cleaned all he could from his body, he rose up on his arms and smiled at the camera. "That was amazing."

"Yes, it was. You are born for sex, Jess. I can't tell you how much it turns me on to watch you."

"Probably as much as it turns me on to do this for you." He meant the words. Out of all his clients, Al was the one he looked forward to more than any other. He loved Friday nights because he always had this time with Al. He'd do it for free honestly, but he did have bills to pay and Al was a great tipper.

"See you next Friday?" Al asked.

"Of course. I'll look forward to it. Especially since I'll get to fuck myself for you."

"Perhaps I shouldn't have told you what I had planned." Al laughed.

"I'm glad you did. I can have everything I need in reach when you call."

"Then I'll see you Friday. Have a good week, Jess, and thank you."

"Thank you." He smiled at the camera until the light went off showing that Al had disconnected the call. He fell back on the pillows again, his body still tingling from his orgasm. It had been one of the best he could recall. How sad was it that most of his pleasure came from strangers on a video chat? He longed to have someone with him in person for a change. He wanted a relationship. Wanted to fall in love. The thing was, if he found someone to date, someone to love, he'd lose this job, and the truth was, he loved it too. He enjoyed the video chats, loved being watched. And he couldn't imagine not having the money he got from doing this once or twice a night. He wasn't sure he could survive without the money he made.

His phone dinged and he glanced at it, smiling as he saw that Al had sent a nice tip, thanking him for a wonderful show. If only all his clients were like Al. He was one of a kind. The friendship they'd formed over the last year meant a lot to him. There wasn't any kind of romantic emotions toward the guy, but he did consider him a friend. He trusted him and talked to him about his life. The thing was, it was almost one-sided. He knew nothing about Al. Every now and then, he'd get bits and pieces through comments Al would make, but none of it was enough to tell him much. He knew he lived alone, was single, didn't date, but he had no idea how old he was, where he was, or why he kept to himself so much. It wasn't his business. This was work, and no matter how much he might wonder about Al's life, their relationship started and ended when the camera was turned on and off.

With his body still recovering from the session, he forced himself out of bed. He needed a quick shower, then he would crawl right back onto the mattress and try to catch up on the sleep that he really needed. One day at a time, that's the only way he could do it.

  CHAPTER TWO

Andy ignored the ache in his shoulder and thought about the cold beer he was about to have. How sad was it that going out with Jess for a beer was now the highlight of his week? He'd known all along that things weren't going to last forever with Beth, but he hadn't expected her to break things off as suddenly as she did. Hell, things had been fine on Tuesday, then on Wednesday, she'd packed up the few things she had at his apartment, and, without more than a simple shrug, had told him it was over.

He sighed as he turned the corner and saw the bar where he was meeting Jess. He was not going to let his breakup ruin his night out with him. He hadn't loved her, knew he pr
obably never would, but it still hurt. The sudden rejection was a shock, and it cut deep. Still, he would focus on other things and move forward. What choice did he have?

The bar was a smaller place, where locals mostly hung out. The food was good and it was quiet enough you could have a conversation without yelling over the crowds or the music. He liked it. Before he'd started dating Beth, he'd come here once a week with Jess to unwind, but Beth had never warmed to Jess, so while with her, they hadn't met as often. He hoped now they could start hanging out more. He missed his best friend.

It took a moment for his eyes to adjust to the darkened bar once he walked in, but he found Jess sitting at a table toward the back. He smiled as he headed that way, glad to see Jess had already ordered him a beer. "Hey, thanks." He sat down across from him.

"No problem. How are you holding up?" Jess asked with a look of concern on his face.

"Okay, I guess. It was just a shock. I mean, I knew we didn't have some great romance and it would probably end at some point, but I didn't expect it to end so suddenly. I'm trying not to overthink it. She's gone and it's time to move on. What's going on with you?" Andy reached for the beer and took a long drink.

"School, work, sleep. Same shit different day. I'm so fucking tired of it all. I can't remember the last time I had a full day off." Jess leaned back in his chair. "Some days, I wonder if it's all worth it."

"You've wanted to be a nurse as long as I can remember. It's worth it. You're just tired. You'll graduate this year." Andy was jealous that Jess had always known what he wanted to do. It had never been that easy for Andy. He'd jumped around, trying different jobs until finally finding the one he was currently at. Construction suited him. He liked building things and he was good at it. While he didn't have a degree or advanced education, learning on the job worked well for him. His boss was great and willing to teach him.

  "I'm just tired."

  "Can I help at all?"

"You're as busy and broke as I am." Jess laughed. "No, I'll be okay. I just need to push through the next few months until graduation, then hope I can find a job."

Andy played with the handle of his beer mug. "You know, now that I'm not seeing anyone, we could think about getting an apartment together. It might cut down costs. Maybe we could afford a nicer place if we found one together." They both lived in dumps currently. They'd talked about moving in together several times, but for one reason or another never had really done more than talk about it.

"Maybe, but who has the time to hunt for a place, then move into it. I'm lucky to get an hour to meet for a beer." Jess looked tired with black circles under his eyes. "Ignore me. I'm just bitching. I slept like shit last night, then it was busy as hell at work today. I'm just whining." Jess reached for his beer. "So are you really okay? I know you liked Beth a lot."

"I liked the sex," Andy admitted. "I liked having someone there, but it wasn't really that great of a relationship. She did her thing, I did mine, and we'd meet up when we could. Looking back, I knew this would happen, I just figured I had more time. I'm not too upset about losing her as much as just losing someone to be close to."

"You mean you don't want to go back to jacking off alone every night?" Jess snorted.

Andy blushed. "Can you blame me? It's a lot better with someone to do that for you."

"I wouldn't know." Jess shook his head. "I haven't had a date in months."

"What about that guy you had coffee with on campus?"

"I haven't seen him since. I've gone back to the coffee shop, hoping to see him again, but he's just gone. It's not a big deal. It's not like I'd have time to go out anyway. With my schedule, it's probably best that I'm single. Unlike you, I enjoy jacking off."

"Hey, I never said I didn't enjoy it, just that it's better with someone. Beth did this thing with her tongue—"

Jess held up a hand. "I don't want to know."

Andy laughed. "Sorry. It's just that's what I'm going to miss most. I'm used to getting a lot of sex. Beth and I might not have been great together in many ways, but we were fantastic in the bedroom."

Jess shook his head. "You'll find someone else. Look around." He gestured to the tables around them, several filled with women having drinks with their friends. "You just need to meet someone."

"Easier said than done." Andy shrugged. "Anyway, I have news. Brad is coming home in June. Mom called me last night. He's decided he's done and is coming home for good this time." The pride he had for his brother was huge. He wished he could be half the man his brother was. Brad was eight years older than him, enough that they weren't really close as children, but as adults, they got along well. He loved when Brad would come home on leave from the Army, and now, the thought of having him home permanently excited him.

"That's fantastic news. I bet your parents are so glad."

"Mom was crying. You know how she's worried about him. If she had her way, he wouldn't have ever enlisted. I haven't talked to Dad, but I'm sure he's happy that Brad will be back home. I guess he's going to live with them for a bit until he figures out what he wants to do."

"How are you feeling about it all?" Jess asked.

Leave it to Jess to know that he'd have all kinds of mixed feelings about his brother coming home. With the large age difference, they were never very close, but he loved his brother and had missed him. "I'm glad he's coming home. I've worried about him for years, especially since he was wounded. I think that's why he's decided to come home now. I know his leg bothers him more than he lets on, and last time he was home, he was really self-conscious of the burns on his arm." Andy hated seeing the scars on his brother's body and imagining the pain he'd gone through. His brother didn't like to talk about his injuries or how he had gotten them, but he saw the change in his brother after it had happened. It had changed his life. No matter how hard his brother pushed himself, he wasn't the same, physically, or mentally. "I'm just not sure what Brad's going to do once he gets home. The Army was his life."

Jess nodded. "I thought he'd make it a lifelong career."

"Me too, but the injuries slowed him down." Andy shrugged. "I guess time will tell." He took the last drink of his beer. "I need food. You going to eat?"

Jess reached for the half-sheet menu that sat at the back of the table, listing the few food items the bar sold. He read through it, then made a face. "I'll pass. Too much grease."

"Which is exactly what I want." Andy grinned. "You know, one greasy burger isn't going to ruin your perfect figure."

"It's far from perfect, but I just don't want the bloated feeling I'd have for hours after eating it. I've got stuff at home. Go ahead and eat. I don't mind. I'm in no hurry to leave. It feels good to just sit here and not have anywhere else to be. We need to do this more often."

"When's your next night off work?" Andy asked.

Jess ran his fingers through his thick hair and sighed. "I'm not really sure. Jose asked me to cover a couple of extra shifts at the restaurant this week. I'm doing a double on Thursday since I don't have classes Thursday or Friday next week."

"You want to do a movie night on Friday? I'll grab some pizza and beer and we can pick up that new Marvel movie we've talked about wanting to see." He missed hanging with Jess. Back in high school, they'd spent every free moment together playing video games or hanging out at the basketball courts at the park, playing one-on-one. Hell, he couldn't recall the last time they'd played ball.

"Yeah, sure. It will have to be after eight though. I've got this thing online I have to take care of Friday night." Jess bit his lip, looking nervous.

"What thing?" Andy knew his best friend and there was something he wasn't telling him. Up until now, he didn't think there were any secrets between them. Had they drifted apart? Yeah, they both had jobs and other things going on, and yes, he'd been caught up with his girlfriend over the last few months, but he thought they still shared everything. The knowledge they didn't left him feeling oddly sad. He'd always loved the fact that they shared pretty much everything w
ith each other.

Jess shifted in his seat. "It's just an online thing I'm taking part in. Nothing important."

"What aren't you telling me?" Andy leaned forward, narrowing his eyes at Jess. "We don't have secrets."

Jess sighed. "It's nothing really. Just a class I am taking online every Friday night at seven. They last for about an hour. It's just one of those do better in your life and career things."

Jess was lying, and Andy couldn't figure out why. What would he have to hide from him? He'd accepted him unconditionally since they'd been fifteen. They'd both been through hell together. Though he admitted Jess had been through a lot more than he had. Still, they'd always shared everything. Hell, they had walked in and out of each other's homes as if they'd lived there, and up until Jess's parents had kicked him out, Andy had been treated like one of the family. He decided not to push the issue. If Jess was hiding things, he had his reasons. Andy just had to let it go and hope in time, Jess would tell him about whatever was going on.

  "Refills?" The waiter asked.

"And food." Andy smiled, placing his order for a double cheeseburger and fries. Once they were alone, he glanced at Jess. "Well, I'll plan to be over at eight then with pizza and beer. Do you care if I crash on your couch that night?"

"Not at all. You know you're always welcome." Jess wrapped his hands around his empty mug. "So are you going to start dating right away?"

Andy shook his head. "No way. I need some time to recoup. I'll miss the sex, but I really don't want to jump into another relationship right away. Work's so busy right now that I have the chance to pick up extra hours. Beth complained when I'd work late, but now, I can pick up hours, save some money, and maybe in about thirty years I can think about buying a house or something."

  Jess laughed. "Only thirty years?"

Andy grinned. "One can hope." They'd both talked about the homes they wanted someday, but struggled to save money. It was hard when you had rent and other things to pay for. He'd need about thirty years to save enough for a good down payment. It was just one of many dreams he had that he wasn't sure how to make come true.
